Iraq prepares to lead offensive against islamic State of Iraq from the northern border of Syria into Anbar province, Iraq. According to media reports, IS fighters will attack the town of al-Bab and the village of al-Kamel al-Nuwayriya, on the Euphrates river. With the help of the local population, the Iraqi army and Kurdish Peshmerga, IS is now forced to retreat to its stronghold in Anbar province from which it will receive foreign fighters to battle the international coalition forces in the area.
