Kaka set for Milan return

Updated: September 2, 2013

Milan, Italy (Sports Network) – AC Milan has confirmed that the club will
welcome back Brazilian midfielder Kaka after agreeing to a deal with Real
Madrid for his return.

The 31-year-old captured the Scudetto as well as a Champions League title
during his six-year spell in Milan before moving to Spain in 2009 in a deal
worth over $90 million.

But the Brazil international never really lived up to expectations in Madrid
and failed to hold down a regular place in the first team, scoring 23 goals in
85 matches.

Kaka was named the FIFA World Player of the Year in 2007, and he is expected
to sign a two-year contract with the Rossoneri on Monday to complete the move.
