Vucinic, Marchisio lead Juventus past Bologna

Mirko Vucinic and Claudio Marchisio scored
in the second half of play at the Stadio Renato Dall’Ara on Saturday to help
Juventus claim a 2-0 win over Bologna.

A scoreless first half gave way to a two-goal performance from Juve as Vucinic
opened the scoring just after the hour mark.

Marchisio made it two by adding an insurance goal in the 73rd minute, his
fifth Serie A goal of the campaign.

The win sees Juventus extend its lead at the top the Serie A table. The Old
Lady improves to 65 points to go 12 points ahead of Napoli.

Bologna’s three-game winning run in Serie A play comes to an end as the club
stays put on 35 points.

Catania 3, Udinese 1
