Dani Pedrosa edged Aleix Espargaro to top the times on day 2 of testing at Sepang in Malaysia.
Spaniard Pedrosa, winner in Sepang for the last 2 years on his Honda, dominated the last hour of the session in the absence of his team mate and world champion Marquez who has been forced to miss the test in Malaysia and the up and coming testing at Phillip Island due to a broken leg.
Espargaro finished just ahead of Alvaro Bautista who went was quickest on day 1.
