Milwaukee, WI (SportsNetwork.com) – Milwaukee big man Larry Sanders has been
ruled out of Wednesday’s clash with the Cavaliers with a sore thumb resulting
from a bar fight.

Sanders, who inked a $44 million extension with the Bucks over the summer, was
unhappy with his playing time in the early stages of the campaign and voiced
his frustrations to coach Larry Drew. The fourth-year center from VCU is
averaging just 2.7 points and 3.7 rebounds in 17.3 minutes per game through
three games.

According to reports, Sanders was involved in a bar fight last Saturday and is
being investigated. He will not be in the arena tonight.

“We are aware of an incident from Saturday evening,” the Bucks released in a
statement. “The matter is under investigation and Larry Sanders is cooperating
fully. At this time we will have no further comment.”
