New York, NY (SportsNetwork.com) – The National Basketball Association fined
Los Angeles Clippers forward Matt Barnes $25,000 Monday for failing to leave
the court in a timely manner upon his ejection from Sunday’s game against
Minnesota.

Barnes was assessed a flagrant foul 2 for a hard foul on a driving Kevin Love
and was ejected from the contest with 56.8 remaining in the third quarter. The
league then downgraded Barnes’ penalty to a flagrant foul 1 after a review
following LA’s 120-116 overtime win.
