Week 4 of NFL Sunday delivered another action packed day of tight games, with 3 teams ending the week with still unblemished records.

Atlanta, Arizona and Houston end the week top of their groups with perfect records, however the Falcons and Cardinals left it late to secure their wins over Carolina and Miami respectively. There were no such problems for Houston as they powered to a comfortable win over Tennessee.

In a very high scoring affair, Buffalo were downed by an impressive 4th quarter touch down blitz by New England, which saw the Patriots outscore the Bills 24-7, for an overall win of 52-28, moving them top of the AFC East.

At the Georgia Dome, Atlanta left it late to keep their record intact. Matt Bryant with a 40 yard field goal with 5 seconds left giving the home fans something to shout about. Roddy White was also in top form with 8 receptions, 169 yards and 2 touch downs. Matt Ryan was also pivotal with his contribution of 369 passing yards and 3 touch downs, consolidating their position at the top of the NFC South.

Arizona hung on to top spot on the NFC West thanks to an over time 46 yard field goal from Jay Feely. Miami will be very disappointed after dominating much of the game, in particular Ryan Tannehill contributing with 431 yards and a touch down, in what was one of the best Dolphin performances of the season so far.

Houston continue to surge clear in the AFC South with a comprehensive win in the Reliant Stadium in front of 71500 fans against Tennessee. The home team were rarely troubled as they romped to an easy 38-14 win.

In tonight’s Monday Night football action, Dallas will be looking to go top of the NFC East as they welcome Chicago who can do the same in the NFC North if they come away with the win. Both sides come into the game with a win, however Dallas start favourites with home advantage.
