Orchard Park, NY (Sports Network) – The Buffalo Bills signed free agent
defensive back/punt returner Jim Leonhard on Monday.

Leonhard, 30, did not make the New Orleans Saints’ 53-man roster out of
training camp, but found work quickly by joining the Bills, with whom he
signed as an undrafted rookie out of Wisconsin in 2005.

Leonhard spent three years in Buffalo before stints with the Ravens, Jets and
Broncos.

Over his 110-game NFL career, Leonhard has totaled 344 tackles (272 solo) with
27 passes defensed, eight interceptions and 3 1/2 sacks.
