Bruins rip Sens behind Smith, Rask

Boston, MA (SportsNetwork.com) – Reilly Smith netted a pair of goals and
Tuukka Rask stopped 33 shots, as Boston shut down Ottawa, 5-0, in the opener
of a home-and-home set from TD Garden.

David Krejci, Jarome Iginla and Brad Marchand also lit the lamp for the
Bruins, who have won three straight eight of 10 overall.

Patrice Bergeron picked up a pair of assists while Rask recorded his fourth
shutout of the season.

Robin Lehner was shelled for all five scores on 42 shots in defeat for the
Senators, who have dropped four of five.

These clubs meet on Saturday in Canada’s capital.
