Calgary, AB (SportsNetwork.com) – The Calgary Flames placed forward Curtis
Glencross on injured reserve Saturday due to a lower-body injury.

Glencross sustained the injury in the first period of Saturday’s 4-3 setback
in Pittsburgh and did not return.

The 30-year-old has registered six goals and six assists over 21 games this
season.

Calgary recalled defenseman Derek Smith from Abbotsford of the American Hockey
