Winnipeg, MB (SportsNetwork.com) – Al Montoya turned aside all 24 shots he
faced in his season debut, backstopping the Winnipeg Jets to a 3-0 victory
over the New Jersey Devils at MTS Centre.

Evander Kane scored two goals for Winnipeg, which snapped a three-game losing
streak. The Jets opened the season with consecutive wins before the slide.
