Vodacom Bulls produced a gutsy performance to steal a 27-24 victory over the Waratahs in their Vodacom Super Rugby match in Sydney.

The Hurricanes snatched a 26-20 victory over the Highlanders with a Julian Savea try sealing the outcome in the dying minutes of their Super Rugby clash in Dunedin.

The Rebels scored two second-half tries in four minutes to stun the Crusaders and secure a rousing 28-19 home victory in their Super Rugby match in Melbourne.

 The Sharks finally hit their stride in sensational fashion on Saturday night, capping a clinical performance with a 53-11 win over the Western Force in Durban.

The Stormers managed to keep in touch with the Bulls in the battle for conference supremacy in Vodacom Super Rugby supremacy, but they had the Newlands faithful sweating in the last minutes as they squeezed to a narrow 16-14 win over the Cheetahs.

The Reds came out on top in a flurry of try scoring either side of halftime to score a 42-27 win over the Chiefs at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane on Sunday to announce in no uncertain terms that the Vodacom Super Rugby champions are back in the race.
