Classy Chelsea consolidate top spot

Chelsea oozed class in a 4-1 win over Norwich at Stamford Bridge. Goals from Fernando Torres, Frank Lampard, Eden Hazard and Branislav Ivanovic wiped away an early Norwich lead courtesy of Grant Holt.

Chelsea remain unbeaten with 6 wins from 7.

Manchester City got back on track after their recent struggles as the Premier League champions cruised to a 3-0 win over Sunderland. Goals from Aleksandar Kolarov, Sergio Aguero and James Milner seeing off Sunderland at Eastlands. The win has moved City into 2nd place 4 points behind Chelsea.

Theo Walcott came on as a second half sub to inspire Arsenal to a 3-1 win over West Ham. The win moved the Gunners up to 5th place on 12 points.

Surely its now just a matter of time before Mark Hughes gets the sack as West Brom piled on the agony with 3-2 win, leaving QPR firmly rooted to the bottom of the table, while West Brom are enjoying their best start in the Premiership, currently in 4th place.

Swansea staged a late fightback to deny Reading their first Premier League win of the season in a dramatic 2-2 draw at the Liberty Stadium.

Former Wigan defender Leighton Baines struck a late penalty against his old club to earn Premier League highflyers Everton a point in an entertaining 2-2 draw at the DW Stadium. Everton remain in 3rd place following the point.
