Manchester City could close the gap at the top of the Premiership to 2 points today if they can get the result at Carrow road against Norwich today.

United play on Sunday, at home to struggling Aston Villa, but for the first time in a long time the opportunity is there for Roberto Mancini’s side to apply pressure to the reigning champions.

Since the turn of the year the narrative has been of United closing in and then streaking by City. But with United losing 1-0 to Wigan Athletic on Wednesday, while City thrashed West Bromwich Albion 4-0, the momentum has perhaps shifted again – not that Mancini himself will accept as much.

Wigan travel to Arsenal on Monday, with manager Roberto Martinez urging his side to avoid complacency despite pulling two points clear of the relegation zone.

Bottom side Wolverhampton Wanderers, who are surely doomed, travel to Sunderland, while Blackburn Rovers, having slipped back into the bottom three, are at Swansea City and QPR travel to West Brom.

The FA Cup semi final dishes out 2 derbies on Saturday and Sunday. In Liverpool, bitter rivals Liverpool take on Everton. The visitors have shown some resurgent form of recent times with 4 wins and a draw, 12 goals in 5 games. Liverpool have endured one of their worst runs in the league since 1962 with manager Dalglish coming under intense pressure.

London plays host to the other FA Cup game as Spurs take on Chelsea. Spurs league form has suffered of late however the opportunity of silverware should lift Redknapp’s team. This should be an absorbing encounter and 2BET2 provides you all the odds.
