Real win, Napoli join Juve, Marseille humbled

Cristiano Ronaldo hit a hat-trick as Real Madrid kept the heat on leaders Barcelona with a 5-1 thrashing of Deportivo.

It was a performance that came at the right time for Mourinho, especially considering next weeks confrontation against Barcelona.

Valladolid demolished Rayo Valladolid 6-1, Osasuna made easy work of Levante with a 4-0 victory while Granada came out on top 2-1 against Celta Vigo.
