Cristiano Ronaldo scored two stunning goals each side of the break to keep Real Madrid on track for a historic treble.

Madrid steamrolled Osasuna 4-0 at the Santiago Bernabeu to keep the heat on city rivals Atletico, Ramos and Carvajal also finding the back of the net for Real.

In other La Liga action, Getafe’s survival hopes improved with a 1-0 win over Malaga the club moving three points above the drop zone, Rayo Vallecano scored three goals in the second half of a 3-0 win at 10-man Granada, while Real Betis was assured of being relegated following a 1-0 home defeat to Real Sociedad thanks to a second-half penalty kick from Carlos Vela.
